Employment Agreements: Fixed Term Employment Agreement (Full and Part Time)

This is a fixed term employment agreement template which can be used for both full and part time employees, and includes options for whether they are waged or salaried workers. This agreement aims to maximise the protection for your business and ensures that it is fair and reasonable to your employees and complies with New Zealand Employment Legislation. This Agreement to be used when an employee is hired on regular hours for a defined period to complete a particular task or project. This is not to be used as a trial for permanent employment or as a means of avoiding dismissal laws for a permanent employee.
